Adolescent girls need to be empowered

Image
In Omugo, adolescent girls represent the highest number of school dropouts. Many face challenges that prevent them from continuing their education, leaving them with limited opportunities to thrive. At Digital Innovators League Africa (DILA), we are committed to empowering these adolescents—helping them stay in school and providing alternative pathways for those who have dropped out. Through skills development, mentorship, and community support, we aim to create opportunities for them to build a better future. We invite donors and partners to join us in this mission. By supporting these adolescents today, we are investing in a generation of confident, skilled, and resilient young women. #YouthEmpowerment #GirlsEducation #AdolescentDevelopment #DILA #Omugo #InvestInGirls

This will allow for meaningful discussions, stronger mentorship, and a safe space where young people can freely express themselves. Through this program, they will gain critical life skills, confidence, and knowledge to help them...

The Digital Innovators League Africa (DILA) was established to respond to this gap—practically, locally, and with the youth at the center of every solution. Through the Digital Innovation and Skills Acceleration for Youth Empowerment (DISAYE) Project, DILA is equipping young people with relevant digital skills that improve employability, encourage entrepreneurship, and promote self-reliance. Delivering Impact Despite Limited Resources DILA is currently implementing the DISAYE Project without a funding partner. The organization relies on internal contributions, volunteer support, and limited shared resources. While this presents si...
