Farmer groups receives garden tools from DILA

DILA has given important garden tools to three farmer groups from Village 1 and Amuru Village in Omugo Zone, Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement.

The tools include spraying pumps, watering cans, hoes, forked hoes, slashers, and panga knives. They were given at the right time as the planting season starts. The farmers said they are happy and ready to work together carefully, keep the tools safe, and use them well to improve their group farming.

This support was made possible through funding from COHERE under the IKEA Project.

DILA will continue to support refugee and host communities by improving livelihoods, promoting food security, and creating better opportunities through agriculture and digital technology.
