WHY DILA WAS FORMED Many youth and refugees in Africa lack access to digital skills and platforms to express their ideas. There was a need to amplify the voices of marginalized communities and provide opportunities for self-reliance. DILA was formed to bridge the digital divide , foster innovation, and support youth-driven entrepreneurship while promoting cultural identity and unity.
